These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the eTorontoTickets website (the “Site”) and the purchase of tickets through our platform. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this Site.
eTorontoTickets operates a secondary ticket marketplace where tickets may be resold by ticket holders and professional ticket resellers.
eTorontoTickets is not the primary ticket issuer unless explicitly stated and is not affiliated with any venue, team, performer, promoter, or event organizer.
Tickets listed on the Site may be owned by eTorontoTickets or by third-party ticket sellers.
Ticket prices listed on the Site may be above or below the original face value and may change based on market demand.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to purchase tickets through the Site.
You agree that all information provided during purchase or registration is accurate, current, and complete.
For every ticket listing on the Site, the following information will be displayed when available:
face value of the ticket
resale price
service fees and taxes
total purchase price prior to checkout
seat location (section, row, seat when applicable)
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time prior to purchase based on market demand or ticket availability.
eTorontoTickets guarantees that all tickets sold through the Site are valid and authentic for entry to the event.
Customers are eligible for a full refund if:
the event is cancelled and not rescheduled
the ticket does not grant admission to the event
the ticket is counterfeit or invalid
the ticket delivered does not match the listing description
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Tickets may be delivered through one of the following methods:
electronic transfer (mobile transfer or e-ticket)
digital ticket download
physical shipment (when applicable)
Delivery timelines vary depending on the event and ticket provider.
Some tickets may be delivered closer to the event date, depending on when the issuing ticket provider releases them.
Customers will be notified when tickets become available for delivery.
Event dates, times, venues, and performers may change without notice by the event organizer.
Unless otherwise required by law:
refunds are not provided for minor lineup or schedule changes
refunds will be issued if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new event date.
Users may not:
use automated software (“bots”) to purchase or reserve tickets
attempt to bypass purchase limits set by event organizers
use the Site for unlawful purposes
interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site
eTorontoTickets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.
Any tickets listed for sale must be:
in the seller’s possession or control
valid and legally obtained
accurately described in the listing
Tickets obtained through ticket purchasing bots or other prohibited automated means may not be sold through the platform.
By completing a purchase, you authorize eTorontoTickets to charge the selected payment method for:
ticket price
applicable taxes
service fees
delivery fees (if applicable)
All transactions are processed using secure payment systems.
Orders are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eTorontoTickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
event cancellations or changes made by event organizers
delays in ticket delivery outside our reasonable control
technical interruptions affecting the Site
In all cases, the maximum liability of eTorontoTickets shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tickets in question.
eTorontoTickets shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters
government actions or restrictions
internet outages
venue closures
strikes or labour disruptions
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights provided to consumers under applicable laws, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
Where required by law, customers will receive the remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
eTorontoTickets collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

eTorontoTickets may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Site with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
